Meet the Team
Mario De Lecce
A former corporate banker turned technologist, Mario spent the last 18 years working with technology companies with names such as Uber, Twitter, Salesforce, Oracle and others.
Throughout his life he’s lived in Italy for almost 12 years. He did parts of his BA in Rome and Lugano, Switzerland, and later his MBA at Bocconi in Milan. His family is originally from Puglia, and he has first hand personal experience buying and building in the region.
Francesco Di Gioia
A former Italian Navy Seal turned operator, Francesco is currently the Italian country manager for Simpson Travel, one of Europe's largest luxury high end home rental operators. Simpson Travel manages over 1,400 properties across the continent, with 60 of those properties in Puglia alone.
His ability to provide long term guaranteed contracts for the properties is an important component of the investment opportunity.
One of the founding family members of Ostuni (the white city), Francesco is a well known accountant to many of the larger companies located in the region. He is also the president and board member of Banca di Credito Cooperativo di Ostuni, the local Ostuni credit union (CU).
Francesco will be the acting controller for the group and an important resource in obtaining the bank financing for each individual property.

A former banker turned consultant/sole proprietor, Roberto’s speciality is advising on government grants like “Titolo Secondo”. He’s helped obtain government reimbursements in excess of $100M over the course of the last decade.
